EBA instruments still applying until AMLA replaces them
EBA handed all AML/CFT mandates to AMLA on 1 January 2026. Under Article 54(5) AMLAR these EBA products remain applicable until an AMLA instrument covers the same subject.
Mandates still ahead
Further RTS and guidelines are due under AMLA's Work Programme 2026–2027, with statutory deadlines of 10 July 2026 and 10 July 2027. No consultation paper has been published for these yet.
